Chengkuo Lee received the M.S. degree in materials science andengineering from National TsingHua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1991, theM.S. degree in industrial and system engineering from Rutgers University, NewBrunswick, NJ, USA, in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree in precision engineering fromThe University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1996. He was a Foreign Researcherwith the Nanometerscale Manufacturing Science Laboratory of the Research Centerfor Advanced Science and Technology, The University of Tokyo, from 1993 to1996. He was with the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, AIST, MITI of Japan,as a JST Research Fellow, in 1996. Thereafter, he became a Senior ResearchStaff Member of the Microsystems Laboratory, Industrial Technology Research Institute,Hsinchu. In 1997, he joined Metrodyne Microsystem Corporation, Hsinchu, andestablished the MEMS Device Division and the first micromachining fab forcommercial purposes in Taiwan. He was the Manager of the MEMS Device Divisionbetween 1997 and 2000. He was an Adjunct Assistant Professor with theElectro-Physics Department, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, in 1998,and an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Institute of Precision Engineering,National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan, from 2001 to 2005. In 2001,he cofounded Asia Pacific Microsystems, Inc., Hsinchu, where he first becameVice President of Research and Development, before becoming Vice President ofthe Optical Communication Business Unit and Special Assistant to the ChiefExecutive Officer in charge of international business and technical marketingfor the MEMS foundry service. He was a Senior Member of the Technical Staff atthe Institute of Microelectronics, A*STAR, Singapore, from 2006 to 2009.Currently, he is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical andComputer Engineering, National University of Singapore, Singapore. He is thecoauthor of Advanced MEMS Packaging (McGraw-Hill, 2010). He hascontributed to more than 190 international conference papers and extendedabstracts and 130 peer-reviewed international journal articles in the fields ofsensors, actuators, energy harvesting, MEMS, NEMS, nanophotonics, andnanotechnology. He holds nine U.S. patents.

随着技术的进步,微型传感器和无线收发器的功耗越来越低,其组成的无线传感器网络将广泛应用于军事、智能交通、环境监控、医疗卫生等多个重要领域。然而,现有的化学电池仅有有限的寿命,如何为这些器件提供长时间的供能是一个普遍存在的问题。从环境中捕获能量是一个可能的解决方法。
在此报告中,将简单介绍几种振动能量收集和流体能量收集的方案,并提出一种利用流致振动的微型压电能量收集装置。
报告人简介:
郭明森,1980年生于湖北荆州,现为南京航空航天大学副教授。于2002年、2005年、2008年在武汉大学依次取得物理学学士、凝聚态物理硕士、材料物理与化学博士学位。2005年12月至2007年10月在香港理工大学应用物理系作助理研究员,2008年10月至2010年9月在北京大学作博士后,随后进入南京航空航天大学精密驱动研究所从事教学科研工作。研究领域为介电、压电、铁电材料与器件,现主要从事新型压电材料和超声电机的研究。相关研究成果在国际期刊上发表,论文被SCI收录10余篇。获授权中国发明专利4项。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项。
主要的学术贡献:利用PIN-PMN-PT弛豫铁电单晶制备出迄今推力最大(驱动力/重量比值)的微型超声电机,研究发表于IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and FrequencyControl期刊;提出压电-磁致伸缩双层复合材料的磁-弹-电共振耦合模型,研究结果发表于IEEE Transactions onUltrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control期刊;首次成功制备出基于无铅压电陶瓷材料(Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3系和(K,Na)NbO3系)的压电变压器,研究结果发表于Journalof Material Science、Review of Scientific Instruments等期刊上;提出利用阻抗分析研究CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷电阻、电容随偏置电压变化特性的方法,研究结果发表于Journal of Applied Physics期刊。
