报告摘要：
Voting procedures (VP) can be used to deal with several group decision problems. The talk will deal with the application of these VPs in business organizations and present a framework for choosing a particular VP to be used within organizations' contexts. It explores part of the decision-making process related to the choice of the VPs based on their drawbacks and the proprieties desired to be aligned to business strategies.

Danielle Costa Morais，巴西伯南布哥联邦大学管理工程系副教授，水资源管理决策和谈判(DNW)研究小组主任，决策系统和信息开发中心（CDSID）研究员，《Group Decision and Negotiation》“编辑委员会”成员，INFORMS多属性决策分会成员。获伯南布哥联邦大学管理工程硕士学位和博士学位，被CNPq（巴西NRC）授予研究生产力奖。研究兴趣包括MCDM/A、群决策与谈判、运筹学和水资源管理，在诸多著名国际学术期刊上发表论文60余篇。
